3. Our Agreement With You

7. Returns & Cancellations

7.1 Changing Your Mind (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

You may cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving the Goods.

Returned Goods must:

• Be in resaleable condition
• Include original packaging
• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us

You are responsible for return postage unless the Goods are faulty.

We will refund:

• Standard delivery charges (enhanced services are non‑refundable)

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of return.

7.2 Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

• Return the item clean and safely packaged

10. Pre‑Owned or Ex‑Display Items
